So High Sports & Fitness Summer Camps!

Olympic Gold Medalist, Charles Austin is hosting a series of summer camps and a training program that will focus on maximizing athletic potential.  Participants will work on speed & quickness, jumping & explosiveness, lateral, backward & forward movement, balance & body control, strength & power and mental focus &   toughness.

Performance Camps (Limited Space Available-30 Athletes per camp):
These performance camps focus on aspects that pertain to developing an athlete’s true potential.  These camps are unique because they incorporate the fundamentals, skills and techniques necessary for performing at the highest level.  Each participant will not only develop physically but will be challenged to raise their level of focus and mental toughness.   Please check the camp/camps that you will be attending (Ages 12-18):

Athletic Performance Camp                                       

Date:  June 9-13, 2008 or August 4-8, 2008

Time:  9:00am-12:00pm

Cost:   $225

Goal:  The focus is to improve each participant’s

           athleticism.

 

Weight Lifting Camp                                                    
Date: June 16-20, 2008 or August 4-8, 2008

Time:  9:00am-12:00pm

Cost:   $225

Goal:  The focus will be on teaching correct

            technique, form and injury prevention.

 

Basketball  Performance Camp                                

Date:  June 23-27, 2008 or August 11-15, 2008

Time:  9:00am-12:00pm

Cost:   $225

Goal:  To maximize athletic potential with a focus on

           basketball.

 

Football Performance Camp                                     

Date:  June 30- July 3, 2008

Time:  9:00am-12:00pm

Cost:   $200

Goal:   To maximize athletic potential with a focus on

            football.

Baseball  Performance Camp                                    

Date:  July 7-11, 2008

Time:  9:00am-12:00pm

Cost:   $225

Goal:  To maximize athletic potential with a focus on

           baseball.

Volleyball  Performance Camp                                 

Date:  July 14-18, 2008

Time:  9:00am-12:00pm

Cost:   $225

Goal:  To maximize athletic potential with a focus on

            volleyball.

 

Sprint, Agility, Plyometrics Training Program (20 athletes per session):
The speed, agility, plyometrics training is designed to teach participants the correct technique pertaining to running and jumping as well as improve coordination and body control.  Participants will come three days a week and each day work specifically on one of the above.  The training is designed to turn each participant into better athletes who will also perform at a higher level in their sport (Ages 12 & up).  Cost: $175 per month
