The So High Sports & Fitness Performance Center was opened in March of 2008 and is the ultimate training facility. With his performance center, Charles has created a facility for all to come and receive world class sports and fitness training, rehabilitate injuries and have lots of fun. The center sits on 1.79 acres and the indoor facility is 10,000 square feet. The center consists of:

This facility was designed by Charles to provide something for everyone. It offers everything an athlete needs to improve their performance and also meets the needs of anyone looking to improve their fitness level. There are yoga, pilate's, and boot camp classes as well as personal training, sport leagues, sport specific training and more. Rates start as low as $25.99 per month.

Personal Training:
Our personal trainers are highly qualified trainers that have gone through extensive training with Charles Austin. They are very knowledgeable, motivating and effective. We take pride in working with our clients and our goal is to help you to exceed your sport and/or fitness related goals.
So High Boot Camp:
So High Boot Camp is a 4-week program consisting of everything from running/walking, circuit training, weight training, abdominal and back strength training, flexibility routines and more. Nobody will be left behind or pushed beyond their capability. By dedicating yourself to the program, you will notice dramatic improvement in your overall health in a short period of time. We will hold you accountable to coming into the performance center on your off days, changing your eating habits and getting the proper amount of rest required to meet your goals. Whoever shows the most improvement over the 4-week program will be given an award at the end of the camp for their success.
Sports Performance Training:
The sports performance training is for athletes that are looking to compete at a higher level. You will focus on becoming a better athlete as well as becoming more mentally focused and stronger. Charles knows what it takes to win at the highest athletic level and he will pass his knowledge and experiences on to you to help you go higher.

Sprint(Monday), Agility(Wednesday) & Plyometrics(Friday)Training:
The sprint, agility and plyometrics training is set up where you will come in three days a week and each of those days you will work solely on one of the above. Mondays you will working on running technique and speed, Wednesdays you will work on coordination, body control and awareness and agility, and Fridays you will work on jumping technique and explosive power.

So High “Kids” Sports & Fitness Training (3-11 years old):
Instead of child care, while you train your child will be able to receive quality training in a fun, dynamic and exciting program designed especially for them. Your child will go through a specialized training program where he or she will work on running mechanics, jumping technique, coordination, agility, balance, body control and awareness, reaction, flexibility, hand eye coordination, team work and focusing. These activities will be centered on sports performance. (Maximum # of 20 people per session)
Sunday Fun & Fitness Program:
Sundays at 3:00pm your child will be able to take part in an hour and a half fun filled activity session where they will work with trainers to improve their running, jumping, flexibility, coordination, agility and much more in a very fun setting. At the end there is a game or activity where the entire family can take part in.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Action-Packed Sports Themed Parties
Enjoy a high energy birthday party in our indoor climate controlled or outdoor, state-of-the-art sports and fitness facility located at 120 South Reimer.
Each party is lead by a Certified Coach and includes multiple sports activities. So High Sports and Fitness Performance Center provides a Party Planner who will assist the parent in customizing a party for the birthday athlete.
